Vision 2030 focuses on four key pillars essential for a transition to a sustainable future in the RACHP sector:

- Human Capital: Aiming to attract and retain skilled professionals to strengthen the industry workforce.
- Sustainable Innovation: Championing energy and resource efficiency through a lifecycle approach to innovations.
- Framework Conditions: Advocating for a coherent regulatory and standardisation framework to support industry advancements.
These pillars outline the strategic direction for AREA's initiatives over the next five years, ensuring the RACHP sector evolves comprehensively and sustainably.
