Beijer Ref acquires Easy Air Conditioning

Beijer Ref has acquired 80% of the shares in Easy Air Conditioning, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Easy Air Conditioning is headquartered in Henley-in-Arden (England) and has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million.

Founded in 2001, Easy Air Conditioning supplies AC and heat recovery system solutions, mainly for commercial buildings. The company offers tailor made designs for specific business needs.

Easy Air Conditioning will continue to operate under its own brand and the acquisition will have a minor impact on the Beijer Ref group’s result and position.

Christopher Norbye, CEO Beijer Ref, comments: “With over two decades of experience, Easy Air Conditioning have accumulated a well-established customer base. They have a dedicated and committed team and we are pleased to welcome Easy Air Conditioning to the Beijer Ref group.”
