Beijer Ref expands its geographical presence in India

Beijer Ref has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100 percent of the assets of Shravan Engineering, an established distributor of refrigeration and supplementary spare parts. In connection with this acquisition, Beijer Ref is starting a new company in India where the sellers will reinvest 26 percent of the purchase price.

This acquisition complements Beijer Ref's geographical presence in India well and provides a varied product portfolio that can be further expanded by Beijer Ref's existing product range. Shravan Engineering is located in South India and has an annual turnover of SEK 53 million.
