BITZER updates BEST software with new firmware and Arabic language support

BITZER has released an updated version of its Electronics Service Tool (BEST) software, introducing several new features for enhanced compatibility and multilingual support.

The update is mandatory for users connecting via Bluetooth to the IQ MODULE CM-RC-02 equipped with the latest firmware. Version 2.21 of the BEST software now includes firmware version 2.2.36.00 for the IQ MODULE CM-RC-02 and version 2.30 for CSV compact screw compressors.

In addition to technical updates, the software now supports Arabic, expanding its multilingual interface to 18 languages, including English, Chinese, French, German, Russian, and Spanish.

BEST software supports a range of BITZER IQ devices, such as the IQ MODULE CM-RC and CM-SW-01 for reciprocating and screw compressors, VARIPACK and VARISPEED frequency inverters, ECOLITE and ECOSTAR condensing units, and the SE-i1 protection device.

The software is available for download in Version 2.21 for both Windows and mobile platforms via the BEST App for iOS and Android.
