Butchery in Morocco equipped with FREOR refrigeration showcases

The recently-opened butcher’s shop Boucherie Mrabetin Oujda, Morocco has chosen refrigeration equipment from FREOR. The project was implemented in cooperation with the partner in the country Aeria Group.

Moroccan cuisine is unique and diverse. Couscous topped with meat and vegetables, various meat dishes, prepared in tagines or roasted, are commonly cooked foods in many Moroccan homes. Skilled Moroccan butchers often follow the footsteps of their fathers and carry on trade traditions passed on through generations.

The Boucherie Mrabet is not an exception. The shop can boast a wide selection of fresh meat, cold cuts, delicatessen and cheeses.

The store has chosen these great visual promoters by FREOR:

  • VEGA S stylish and functional serve-over counter with rounded panes of tempered glass, which is multiplexed to achieve the desired length, making it an ideal solution for any store for the display of fresh meat and fish, cheese, salads, delicacies, and pre-cooked food.  With liftable front glass, it features easy access from both front and back.
  • ERIDA spacious reach-in freezer cabinet combines optimal product promotion and low energy consumption. Integral or remote, it is the right choice for frozen goods, ensuring perfect preservation of frozen produce.
  • JUPITER  multideck, specially customized for hanging meat in the butchery. The shelves are replaced with a bar and special hooks which can withhold heavy loads. Hanging meat is the first, and probably the most important stage of good butchery – it is really important to the quality of meat.
