Faraldi brings over 20 years of experience from international companies like Fiat, Indesit, Philips, and Electrolux. In his new role, he will oversee and coordinate CAREL’s technical and digital projects, promoting synergy and innovation. This aligns with CAREL’s strategy centered on research, innovation, and technology, continuously analyzing and adopting new technologies as part of its development process.
