Castel acquires Be Fluidica unit in Italy for fluid control

Castel has acquired a business unit of Be Fluidica, an Italian company specializing in devices for the regulation, filtration and lubrication of gaseous and liquid fluids. The acquisition became effective on June 3, 2026, and supports Castel’s expansion within the fluid control sector.

The business unit brings expertise in specialized industrial applications and customized solutions. Castel said this complements its established know-how and enhances its ability to serve a wider range of industrial applications.

For customers, the acquisition is expected to broaden Castel’s offering in fluid control and treatment. The company said the deal will strengthen its ability to develop tailor-made solutions for complex applications and support innovation processes and the transition toward more efficient and sustainable solutions.

“This acquisition represents a natural step in Castel’s growth journey and confirms our commitment to strengthening the Group’s position in fluid control,” said Giacomo Salina, President of Castel. “The specialized expertise and customer-focused approach to customized solutions developed by Be Fluidica are a perfect fit with our industrial strategy. This transaction will enable us to further expand our offering and create new value opportunities for customers across a wide range of application sectors.”
