Frascold marks 90 years with employees and families

Frascold celebrated its 90th anniversary with two events dedicated to the people who contribute to the company’s growth: a corporate celebration for team members and a Family Day open to employees’ families.

The company said both events focused on relationships, collaboration and a sense of belonging, which it described as core elements of Frascold’s culture. The anniversary initiatives also provided an opportunity to reflect on the company’s history and recognize the role of employees in its development.

A celebratory dinner brought together team members and management in a festive setting outside the daily working environment. The event was designed to mark the corporate milestone and strengthen connections within the team.

The celebrations continued with a Family Day at Frascold’s headquarters in Rescaldina. The company opened its production facility for guided tours, giving guests a closer look at Frascold’s processes and the people involved in its operations.

The Family Day also included social gatherings and activities for adults and children. Frascold said the event brought together different generations around the company’s identity and values while highlighting the role of people in its success.
