CIBSE announces 2025 MENA Awards shortlist for building services excellence

The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) has announced the shortlist for the 2025 CIBSE MENA Awards, highlighting achievements in building services engineering across the Middle East and North Africa region.

The shortlisted projects and individuals represent advances in sustainability, performance, and innovation across multiple categories, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, retrofitting, smart technologies, and embodied carbon initiatives. University-led innovations and digital tools are also among the recognised entries.

Award categories span across Projects, People, Companies, and Innovations, covering areas such as energy-efficient HVAC systems, lighting, digital design, and sustainable development. Entries include large-scale commercial developments, religious and cultural sites, and cutting-edge digital solutions in engineering.

Winners will be announced during a gala event on 30 October 2025 at the W Hotel in Dubai, UAE.
