CoolSys Acquires Mechanical Engineering & Construction Corporation

CoolSys, a leader in sustainable refrigeration, HVAC, energy, and engineering solutions, has acquired Mechanical Engineering & Construction Corporation (MEC²), a full-service mechanical engineering firm based in Maryland and Virginia. This acquisition enhances CoolSys' commercial and industrial capabilities and strengthens its presence in the mid-Atlantic region.

Serving the greater District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and Maryland areas, MEC² operates from main offices in Catonsville, Maryland, and Ashburn, Virginia, with a centralized delivery facility.
