Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US honors top 2024 distributors at Diamond Awards

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC (METUS) recognized its top-performing distributors during the 2025 Diamond Leadership Conference, held April 14–17 at the St. Regis Hotel in Bermuda. Honorees received the 2024 Commercial Distributor of the Year or Residential Distributor of the Year awards, based on their performance across North and Latin America.

The annual Diamond Leadership Awards highlight distributor achievements in sales growth, innovation, customer service, and overall excellence. METUS acknowledged national winners alongside regional leaders across its business units.

Homans Associates, based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, received the 2024 National Commercial Distributor of the Year Award. CFM Equipment Distributors Inc., based in Sacramento, California, received the 2024 National Residential Distributor of the Year Award.

Additional 2024 Commercial Distributor of the Year awardees by region included:

  • Trane Technologies (Detroit Trane Commercial Sales Office), Livonia, Michigan – Central Business Unit

  • Trane Technologies (New York City Trane Commercial Sales Office), Long Island City, New York – Mid-Atlantic Business Unit

  • Brady Services, Greensboro, North Carolina – South Business Unit

  • Hunton Trane, Houston, Texas – Southwest Business Unit

  • Gensco, Inc., Fife, Washington – West Business Unit

  • Efficiency Limited, Bermuda – International Business Unit

Residential Distributor of the Year awards were also presented to:

  • Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, Plymouth, Minnesota – Central Business Unit

  • Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, Halethorpe, Maryland – Mid-Atlantic Business Unit

  • Meier Supply Company Inc., Conklin, New York – Northeast Business Unit

  • Johnstone Supply–The Ware Group, Jacksonville, Florida – South Business Unit

  • Charles D. Jones Company, Riverside, Missouri – Southwest Business Unit
