Criocabin S.p.a. has announced an acquisition of Mondel S.r.l.

Criocabin S.p.a., a leading company in the design and production of refrigeration counters, has announced that it has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Mondel S.r.l., a historic brand in the sector. Over time, the company from Solesino (PD) has developed a highly appreciated product portfolio for food distribution, in particular with “custom made” displays for fish and meat.

Mondel will integrate with the companies of the Criocabin family, being able to take advantage of group synergies while still remaining an independent entity and brand.

Paolo Miotto and Cinzia Zanella will remain in the group formed by the companies Criocabin, Zoin and Mondel, remaining on the board of directors of the latter.
