Cyogenic freezing tunnel for traditional Japanese dessert

DSI Dantech has installed a fourth cryogenic freezing tunnel at a customer site in France. They specialize in making a premium traditional Japanese dessert called mochi, and this week's installation marks another milestone for the company as DSI Dantech first unveiled the first tunnel in early 2022.
The company is pleased to announce that a fifth tunnel will be added by the end of 2023. DSI Dantech not only installs the tunnel, but also supplies the complete exhaust system and vacuum insulated piping connecting the nitrogen storage tank to the freezer.
