FläktGroup Joins United Nations Global Compact for Sustainable Business Practices

FläktGroup has announced its participation in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), reinforcing its commitment to responsible and sustainable business operations. By joining the UNGC, the company aligns itself with global principles on human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, encouraging businesses to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals into their operations.

"Joining the UN Global Compact marks a significant milestone in accelerating our sustainability efforts. It allows us to embed the Sustainable Development Goals into our strategy and integrate them across all operations," said Jekaterina Lindberg, ESG Manager at FläktGroup. "With a highly ambitious action plan, we are committed to positioning FläktGroup as a leader in sustainability—both in our own performance and in the solutions we deliver to our clients."

As a participant, FläktGroup commits to incorporating the UNGC principles into daily business practices and reporting on progress through an annual Communication on Progress (COP) report. This initiative aligns with the company’s purpose: "We care for your air while protecting the environment."

FläktGroup’s participation in the UNGC underscores its pledge to transparency, ethical labor practices, climate action, and fostering innovation, further strengthening its role in advancing global sustainability goals.
