Daikin Applied has acquired a majority stake in Varitec Solutions, a leading Phoenix-based provider of large-scale, energy-efficient HVAC systems. This acquisition aims to merge Varitec's engineering and service expertise with Daikin's industry leadership, offering comprehensive HVAC solutions and rapid delivery to customers.
