Daikin Applied announced that it will lease new office space in Plymouth to accommodate its existing and growing corporate workforce. Daikin’s corporate headquarters at 13600 Industrial Park Blvd, Plymouth, currently houses 460 employees. The company will add new office space at the Atria building at 3033 Campus Dr, Plymouth, Minnesota; the added space will support existing staff as well as new positions planned for future growth.
Over the last six years, Daikin Applied Americas has more than doubled its business and expects double digit annual growth to continue. This office space expansion, when combined with our recently announced $40 million investment in a new factory in Faribault, MN, is further proof of Daikin Applied’s commitment to Minnesota and growing our business. The current Plymouth building will continue to serve as our headquarters, housing the Technology Center and the Applied Development Center (ADC), which is driving innovation and continued market share growth.
Daikin Applied Americas currently employs approximately 2500 people across 11 locations in the United States and Canada.
