Floor standing residential air conditioner for Australia and New Zealand (scheduled for release March 2024)
It is a floor-standing air conditioner that fits into the local heating culture and is environmentally friendly. In southern Australia and New Zealand, where heating is used more than half the year, fireplaces and water radiators that warm the body from the inside are the main focus, but as environmental awareness increases, heating with heat pumps is increasingly being replaced. This product uses Daikin's unique two-way airflow structure to supply heat, similar to the fireplace that is popular among local customers, and has a feature that quickly heats the floor from the floor when you only want to warm your feet. The slots on the front panel are designed in a design familiar to local life, such as hot water radiators. In addition, the indoor unit can be installed in the wall without creating a feeling of pressure in the living space. There are plans to expand this product to Japan and North America in the future.
Judge's comment
This floor standing air conditioner for Australia and New Zealand has been developed with a design that fully reflects the local lifestyle. The focus is not only on the southern Australian climate conditions and design requirements for temperature control, but also on the local culture and customs of the people who gather around the equipment to stay warm and relax, and only want to keep their feet warm. The design uses a unique, efficient two-way airflow structure that fits into the space without making it feel crowded. We highly appreciated the company's sustainable and sincere approach to development in communicating with users.
