Daikin Launches Seattle Experience Center for HVAC Consumers
Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., teamed up with Thermal Supply, Inc., to open the Daikin Seattle Experience Center in Tukwila, Washington. This center underscores Daikin’s dedication to promoting energy-efficient HVAC products aimed at aiding the Pacific Northwest's electrification and decarbonization efforts.

“The center aims to educate and empower Pacific Northwest consumers on the importance of decarbonization and electrification using heat pump and inverter technology,” said Marc Bellanger, Vice President of Marketing Communications, Daikin. “Reducing our carbon footprint and transitioning to cleaner energy solutions is crucial.”

Featuring cutting-edge technology and interactive exhibits, the center offers a hands-on learning experience for all ages - from the basics of heat pump technology to more advanced inverter solutions.

“The Daikin Seattle Experience Center symbolizes innovation, education, and progress in HVAC,” said JR de la Cruz, President of Thermal Supply.

The grand opening, held on July 10, 2024, was attended by Daikin's CEO Satoru Akama, President of Daikin US Corporation Yoshiyuki Uemura, and Tukwila Mayor Thomas McLeod.

In line with their community commitment, Daikin and Thermal Supply are developing a scholarship program for local high school students pursuing technical and vocational careers.
