Dantherm Group acquires Termigo in Spain

Dantherm Group announced the acquisition of Termigo in Spain. Headquartered in Valencia, Termigo has 11 employees specialised in sales, technical application support, product assembly and after sales service. Together, they bring a leading range of stationary evaporative coolers and control systems to market in Spain.

In many applications, evaporative cooling is an inexpensive, efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to air conditioning. Evaporative bio-air conditioning is a step up compared to traditional evaporative cooling, as temperature and humidity are continuously controlled and drive the cooling process. This makes bio-air conditioning very attractive in all climates. Termigo has more than 20 years of experience in this business and has developed an extensive distributor network and a large customer base across Spain.

Casper Andersen, President & CEO of the Dantherm Group explains: “The acquisition of Termigo is another key milestone in Dantherm Group’s expansion strategy. Termigo further strengthens our position in Spain, which is an important market for us. We are excited about the opportunities that Termigo provides in terms of market presence in Spain and the potential to expand our evaporative cooling product offering to existing and new customers outside Spain.”

Juan Postigo, founder and Managing Director of Termigo adds: “I am pleased that the Dantherm Group is the new owner of Termigo. We share the same vision for the future and passion for quality. This will give the company I founded more than two decades ago further opportunities to grow in and outside Spain, and I look forward to working with the Dantherm Group companies and their partners.”

Termigo will be integrated into the Dantherm Group while continuing to operate in the market under the Termigo brand.
