Epta at SIFA, the Interprofessional Refrigeration and its Applications Trade Show (Stand D12), in Paris from 19 to 21 November. The three-day event is a moment of exchange for all players of the supply chain, producers, OEM, design firms, installers and end users, to delve into the latest solutions and technologies in the HVACR sector and explore numerous aspects during the scheduled conferences.
Epta, among the protagonists of the event, presents itself as a partner able to respond to every need of Retailers and operators of the Ho.Re.Ca. and Food & Bev sector thanks to an all-encompassing range that goes from Bonnet Névé branded solutions to Misa coldrooms, to advanced refrigeration systems, always guaranteeing maximum sustainability.
The spotlight is on FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency in combination with the Eco2Small pack. This patented system is at the heart of the project LIFE 17 C4R – Carbon 4 Retail Refrigeration co-financed by the European Union based on the Contract n°. LIFE 17 CCM/IT/000120. The plan proposes to show that it is possible to fully replace the HCFC and HFC refrigerants with transcritical CO2 at any latitude and temperature, guaranteeing numerous advantages, including 10% energy saving in the refrigeration system (compared to standard solutions) and up to 20% lower installation and maintenance costs. FTE will be the object of in-depth analysis at the stand and focus of the talk by Patrick Lissardy, Sales Manager EptaPRO at Atelier Expert, entitled “Ottimizzare i consumi energetici con un’installazione a CO2 transcritica” (Optimizing energy consumption with a CO2 transcritical installation) on 19 November at 5 pm.
Maximum sustainability, without sacrificing performance and design. On show will also be the solutions of the SkyEffect range of Bonnet Névé, including the vertical cabinet for frozen products SkyLight Integral, plug and play cabinet with air condensation unique in its kind, ideal for installation in small supermarkets, where there is no machine room.
Worthy of note is also the vertical chilled cabinet SkyView Season, dedicated to displaying fresh fruit and vegetables, and Shape, the serve-over of the Mozaïk range which, designed to make exclusivity available on a large scale, impresses for its personalisations, extreme versatility and attention to Total Cost of Ownership.
The stand is completed by A KLC coldroom branded Misa with glass doors and the Freeblock unit, a compressor powered by natural refrigerant Propane R290 hermetically sealed and leak proof, pre-charged and tested in the factory, ready to go.
Finally, the not-to-be-missed conference “Refrigerated cabinets: trends and future” on Thursday at 2.30 pm, where Cécile Marty, Trade Marketing Manager Epta France will discuss the latest trends in the use of vertical open and closed cabinets, bringing as case study the Alleée des Fromages together with Jean Philippe Gateau, Marketing Director of Lactalis. A visual merchandising solution designed by Epta in association with Lactalis, and co-designed by ONE BY ONE to transform closed vertical self-service furnishings into development opportunities for the entire category of dairy products, proposing a more logical and legible display, which contributes to transforming the moment of purchase into a delightful moment, bolstering impulse buying.
