Hoshizaki America launches 7-year warranty for Steelheart line

Hoshizaki America has introduced a new All 7’s warranty program for its Steelheart® refrigeration products, covering seven years for parts, labor, and compressors. The updated warranty applies to models manufactured on or after January 1, 2025, and was officially announced at the 2025 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.

The Steelheart line includes Reach-Ins, Undercounter & Worktops, Prep Tables, Chef Bases, and Heated Cabinets. According to the company, the warranty extension aims to offer long-term support and align with the performance expectations of commercial foodservice operations. Units with serial numbers starting with the letter Q or higher are eligible for the new warranty.

“Our customers count on us for reliability, and this new All 7’s warranty reflects that trust,” said Sandra Raffe, Vice President of Refrigeration at Hoshizaki America.

Additionally, Hoshizaki has introduced a Limited Lifetime Door Warranty for Steelheart reach-in models with solid stainless-steel doors. This coverage applies to refrigerators, freezers, and heated cabinets, and remains valid throughout the product’s active lifecycle, extending for seven years after the model is discontinued. The warranty does not apply to glass door models or wear items such as gaskets and light bulbs.
