In May 2022, the Öztiryakiler Madeni Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as Ozti) group of companies built a plant in Tekirdag, Turkey, next to the current plant, and began production. This will be the fourth production base in Turkey.
Hoshizaki began investing in Ozti in 2019 and plans to make it a consolidated subsidiary by acquiring a 39% ownership and over 51% in 2023. Ozti has sales channels not only in Turkey, but also in the markets of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and thanks to the flexible response to the product specifications required in each market, export sales are growing steadily.
Ozti also manufactures and markets a wide range of products such as industrial refrigerators, dishwashers and combi steamers. Thanks to a wide range of products, the company's strength is the production of kitchen sets, as well as work with many large restaurant chains and well-known hotels.
In addition to the existing factories in Istanbul, Corlu and Antalya in Turkey, by starting production at the factories, the group will provide the production capacity needed to implement the strategy for future growth and increase competitiveness in Turkey and abroad. The Group will continue to actively invest in overseas enterprises, expand existing enterprises and expand business lines, aiming to become the No. 1 global catering business.
