The International Network of Women in Cooling has appointed Mikaila Ganado as its new President. Ganado succeeds Ina Colombo, who contributed to expanding INWIC’s global reach and visibility, particularly throughout Africa.
Ganado is President of AIRAH and Associate Director of Women of AIRAH. She is a mechanical engineer specializing in mechanical services and energy efficiency improvements in buildings.

As President, Ganado will support INWIC’s mission to promote gender diversity and strengthen opportunities for women across the cooling industry through networking, mentorship, outreach, and professional development initiatives.
INWIC also thanked Colombo for her contribution as President, including her support for the establishment of the INWIC newsletter.
