KARYER Showcases HVAC System Components at AHR Expo 2025

KARYER presented its HVAC system components at the AHR Expo 2025, held in Orlando from February 10 to 12. The event gathered professionals from the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) industry to explore new technologies, discuss key industry trends, and establish collaborations.

Regulatory Changes and Refrigerant Transition

One of the central topics discussed at the expo was the impact of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, which mandates a phasedown of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants. With the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) enforcing gradual reductions until 2036, HVAC manufacturers are shifting towards low global warming potential (GWP) alternatives.
KARYER highlighted its portfolio of products compatible with A2L refrigerants, which have low toxicity and low flammability. Starting January 1, 2025, all new HVACR systems installed in the U.S. market must support A2L refrigerants. Additionally, the company continues to develop evaporators and condensers compatible with natural refrigerants such as A3 gases to meet industry demands.

Energy Efficiency and Heat Recovery Solutions

Energy efficiency remains a key concern in the U.S. HVAC market, influencing both operational costs and environmental sustainability. At AHR 2025, KARYER introduced its high-performance, UL and EUROVENT certified solutions designed to maximize efficiency. The company’s product range includes Heat Recovery Plate Exchangers, rotary heat recovery exchangers, heat pipes for heat recovery, round around coils, and heat exchangers with 5mm and 7mm tube designs to reduce refrigerant charge.

Heat Pumps and Integrated Solutions

Heat pump technology was another focal point at the event, particularly due to its energy efficiency advantages over traditional heating systems. Large-scale heat pumps are increasingly used in modern HVAC systems to provide both heating and cooling within a single unit. KARYER develops customized heat pump batteries and outdoor unit solutions for seamless integration into HVAC applications, addressing complex system requirements.
