Resource Data Management (RDM) are pleased to welcome Leidy Martinez to the RDM USA team. Ms Martinez is joining the team as Technical Sales Engineer with a background in the HVACR and heat pump industry where she has led a series of successful cold chain projects.
Ms Martinez has collaborated closely with contractors on various applications that involve solutions with low GWP and ODP refrigerants. She is especially interested in leading projects that prioritise energy efficiency and the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants. Her experience in multifaceted roles, spanning from project inception to deal closure and post-sale follow-up, has provided her with in-depth knowledge of the controls business.
Beyond her technical sales expertise in HVACR, Ms Martinez has an impressive track record in project management and significantly contributes to business development, consistently driving industry growth and innovation.
