Lennox EMEA Rebrands as LFB Group Following Syntagma Acquisition

Lennox EMEA has officially rebranded as LFB Group, marking a new phase after its 2024 acquisition by Syntagma Capital. The name change, effective April 22, 2025, reflects the company's renewed strategic direction and stands for "Leading For Better." Its core brands—Lennox for HVAC and Friga-Bohn for refrigeration—will remain active in the market.

The company emphasized that the rebranding will not affect day-to-day operations or relationships with customers and suppliers. LFB Group continues to focus on delivering energy-efficient climate control technologies, with a commitment to innovation, product quality, and manufacturing excellence.

According to the company, its new identity is rooted in shared values of collaboration, commitment, integrity, and respect—values selected by employees in a company-wide vote.

“The change of corporate name is a great way to herald our new vision and drive even more progress moving forward,” said Thierry Jomard, CEO of LFB Group. “However, there will be no changes to our daily operations or our interactions with customers and suppliers — it’s business as usual.”

The rebranding initiative aims to reflect LFB Group’s long-standing expertise in HVAC and refrigeration while aligning with its sustainability-focused mission.
