LG Electronics is expanding its HVAC Academy network across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa to strengthen installation and service capabilities. The company has opened new facilities and relocated existing academies as part of its Global South strategy.
The UAE-based LG MEA Hub Academy serves partners across the Middle East and Africa. Described by LG as one of the region’s largest HVAC training and testing facilities, it provides technical education, hands-on product experience and customer engagement.
The facility includes customer experience zones featuring LG HVAC solutions, air purification systems and Energy Recovery Ventilation technologies, including ERV DX. It also delivers certification-based training for contractors, facility management professionals and service engineers covering installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
LG also works with universities across the UAE to provide HVAC courses for senior engineering students that combine academic study with practical industry experience. Globally, LG operates approximately 70 HVAC Academies in more than 40 countries, with regional hubs developing localized training content and preparing instructors for neighboring markets.
