Mitsubishi Electric and Foxconn to Partner on Global AI Data Center Solutions

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (Japan) and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Taiwan), also known as Foxconn, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a global alliance for supplying AI data center solutions.

Under the MoU, both companies plan to combine their technical expertise and international networks to provide energy-efficient, reliable, and competitive solutions to AI data centers worldwide. The collaboration aims to contribute to the circular economy and address broader social challenges.

In addition to their work in AI data centers, Mitsubishi Electric and Foxconn intend to explore joint development of new value propositions, solutions, and business models in other areas, with a focus on sustainability and social impact.

“We will leverage our knowhows and networks to comprehensively work together,” the companies stated, emphasizing their commitment to addressing global issues through technology.
