MOON-TECH Strengthens Presence in South America with New Partnerships

A delegation from Yantai City, led by Vice Mayor Shen Jian, recently visited South America to promote trade and cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative. Li Zengqun, Party Secretary and Chairman of MOON-TECH, joined the delegation to explore new opportunities for cooperation in the region.

During the visit to Argentina, the delegation met with Wang Wei, the Chinese Ambassador to Argentina, and engaged in discussions with local government representatives and business leaders. A key outcome of the trip was the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between MOON-TECH and Huinca Beef Factory. Li Zengqun and Pablo Luis Badillo, Project Manager of Huinca Refrigeration Company, attended the signing ceremony. This partnership aims to enhance the refrigeration capabilities of the beef factory and expand MOON-TECH’s footprint in Argentina’s food processing industry.

MOON-TECH has already established offices in Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Argentina, offering localized sales and service support. The company operates under a model that integrates technology, local service teams, and a central spare parts warehouse to better serve the Latin American market.

As part of its global expansion strategy, MOON-TECH seeks to move beyond product exports and focus on developing an integrated industrial ecosystem. The company aims to deliver intelligent thermal solutions worldwide while contributing to sustainability efforts in equipment manufacturing.
