MTH presented new climatic chamber

MTH constantly invests in the innovation of its products and production processes. This means a new climate chamber that allows refrigeration systems to be accurately tested in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity conditions and to acquire more precise data during product development and production.

The new climatic chamber is equipped with 3 independent test stations that allow to simulate the environmental conditions in which the refrigeration systems will operate at the end user, with temperatures up to 45 ° C (tropicalized environments) and humidity up to 70%, and evaluate their overall performance, as well as transient phenomena and cues during ignition. The tests are perfectly repeatable even in different seasonal periods, thanks to the possibility of maintaining the specific conditions of the climatic chamber unchanged through the control of the air flow.

In addition, with a view to energy efficiency, the tests inside the climatic chamber allow to monitor the electrical absorption and therefore to optimize the configuration of the refrigeration systems to improve energy consumption.

The introduction of the climatic chamber therefore allows MTH to provide its customers with a cutting-edge service from a dual point of view: on the one hand to understand how to design, manufacture and improve its products in order to guarantee the best performance; on the other hand, it makes available to customers the possibility of carrying out joint tests on finished products (cabinets, tables, display cases, etc.) in the climatic conditions of final destination.
