Munters appoints Frank Pellegrino to lead Data Center Technologies

Munters has appointed Frank Pellegrino as Group Vice President and President of its Data Center Technologies business area, effective October 24, 2026. Pellegrino will also become a member of Munters Group Executive Management.

He succeeds Stefan Aspman, who will assume the position of President and CEO of Munters Group on the same date, as previously announced. Pellegrino has worked at Munters for more than 13 years and has been involved in building the data center business since its inception in 2016.

Pellegrino has been part of the Data Center Technologies management team since the business area was introduced in 2022. He has held several senior leadership roles, including VP Finance & Strategy and, most recently, Global Head of Sales & Strategy.

According to Munters, Pellegrino has contributed to expanding the business area’s geographic footprint, strengthening its offering, and supporting portfolio and commercial execution. Over the past four years, Data Center Technologies has reported growth in revenue, delivery capability, profitability, and capital efficiency.

“It is with the highest of confidence I hand over the privilege to lead this team to Frank,” said Stefan Aspman, currently President of Munters Data Center Technologies. “Frank has been a key driver behind the successful transformation of DCT. His deep understanding of the business, combined with his role in executing our strategy during a period of rapid growth, ensures continuity as we enter the next phase.”

Frank Pellegrino, born in 1980, is an American citizen and holds a Master of Science from Bryant University, with a focus on business and finance. He also serves on several boards across Munters’ international operations in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America.
