New Industrial Refrigeration Network Promotes Natural Refrigerants in Europe

Advansor, Armaturenwerk Altenburg (AWA), BITZER, Güntner, Johnson Controls, SCM Frigo S.p.A., Vahterus, and TH. WITT Kältemaschinenfabrik GmbH have launched the "Industrial Refrigeration Network" (IRN) to promote the use of natural refrigerants in industrial refrigeration technology across Europe. This collaborative initiative aims to shape the future of industrial refrigeration by welcoming further industrial partners.

The network was introduced at the “Industrial Refrigeration Network Conference,” held from June 6 to 7, 2024, at the SCHAUFLER Academy in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, hosted by BITZER Kühlmaschinenbau GmbH. The two-day event provided a platform for over 90 participants to engage with the network’s vision and explore innovative solutions in industrial refrigeration.

Renowned industry speakers discussed numerous cutting-edge technologies and industry trends. The conference program included keynote speeches, tech talks, and contractor presentations addressing important industry challenges. Participants had the opportunity to visit small exhibition stands where sponsors showcased pioneering solutions for industrial refrigeration technology.

The event also featured various networking opportunities, including coffee breaks, lunch, and a BBQ dinner, allowing participants to connect and build a robust network for Europe.
