Nordic Climate Group Expands in the Netherlands with New Country Manager
Nordic Climate Group is enhancing its footprint in the Netherlands by appointing Erik Snijders as Country Manager. This appointment is part of the group's ongoing expansion strategy within Northern Europe. The decentralized organization, employing over 1,700 people across 100 locations in Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, boasts a combined turnover of EUR 450 million.

Since its establishment in July 2024, following the acquisitions of Compair Airconditioning B.V. and T&S Klimaattechniek B.V., the group has continued to grow. In November 2024, it incorporated Cooling Systems Holland, Cooling Service Holland, Installatiebedrijf Bakker BV, MIB Installatietechniek, TCB, and 3BG Cooling into its Dutch operations. Now comprising eight companies, Nordic Climate Group Netherlands B.V. aims to become a leader in energy-efficient and sustainable cooling installations in the Netherlands.

Erik Snijders brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles in sustainability-focused companies like KiesZon and Greenchoice. He also founded a consultancy specializing in partnerships and growth.

"We are thrilled that Erik Snijders is joining Nordic Climate Group Netherlands B.V. His experience, business acumen, and network of contacts will be crucial for our long-term efforts in the Netherlands," said Fredrik Gren, CEO of Nordic Climate Group.

Joseph Kuling, Chairman of Nordic Climate Group Netherlands B.V., highlighted that Snijders' recruitment reflects the group's ambitions and the significant progress being made in the Dutch market.

Excited about his new role, Erik Snijders stated, "Nordic Climate Group's rapid growth in Northern Europe was exciting and appealing. My commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency aligns with the group's ambitions."

Nordic Climate Group focuses on helping customers reduce their climate footprint while maximizing energy efficiency. The company aims to continue its growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions, supported by its decentralized operations model promoting entrepreneurship and technological collaboration.

Snijders will officially take on his role as Country Manager on January 7, 2025.
