Panasonic’s new Smart Multi-site Control Solution provides advanced HVAC control and management

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has introduced the new Smart Multi-site Control Solution, a twofold, enterprise-wide energy management platform for corporate HVAC installations. This smart solution offers a dual approach: AC Smart Cloud is designed to be used by business owners and facilities or energy managers for remote control, reporting and scheduling, while the AC Service Cloud is an ideal solution for HVAC professionals requiring remote access to a system for maintenance and monitoring purposes. Easy to install and with a simple, user-friendly interface, the Smart Multi-site Control Solution is ideal for organisations wanting instant and comprehensive data of building or campus-wide (or even a global overview) HVAC systems.

The Smart Multi-site Control Solution allows users complete control of all installations – wherever they are. With a simple click, authorised users can access all Panasonic heating and cooling units from several locations, and receive status updates in real-time, preventing costly breakdowns, optimising energy use and reducing expenses. The AC Smart Cloud and AC Service Cloud work uniquely to the location and offer a scalable solution as users can add more sites and customise access levels of team members.

AC Smart Cloud

Panasonic’s advanced AC Smart Cloud is the ideal solution for full remote control of business premises 24/7, simply managed from a tablet or computer with internet connection.

By optimising the HVAC systems operation with remote monitoring in this way, it is possible to extend the life of units thanks to status updates and preventive maintenance, ensuring a positive return on investment. The Smart Multi-site Control Solution is more than a BMS. Operational costs can be improved with the ‘e-cut function’ – five, advanced, pre-programmed settings which deliver advanced energy savings. Additionally, the AC Smart Cloud features energy consumption monitors which can help users reduce energy bills by tailoring heating and cooling needs accordingly. The system can also enable increased comfort of workers, visitors, and customers, boosting satisfaction and productivity by enabling a welcoming environment.

Including a wealth of benefits, the AC Smart Cloud allows management of the settings, the ability to fix yearly scheduling, set up energy saving modes, see statistics, permit tailored access to different users and more.

AC Service Cloud

The brand-new solution for HVAC professionals, service and maintenance companies, Panasonic’s AC Service Cloud is a unique tool that provides advanced remote service capabilities of multiple sites.

For successful service and maintenance, response time can be critical. With the help of the AC Service Cloud, the entire service parameters of the HVAC systems are available, in real-time, showing any abnormalities, allowing issues to be identified and swiftly resolved, often before the fault even occurs. This smart approach can also reduce the number (and length) of site visits necessary by analysing the behaviour of the AC system remotely and allowing for the optimum allocation of resources.

Site owners can quickly and easily grant remote access to authorised parties for maintenance, with a simple click of a button.

Panasonic AC Smart Cloud is always required to use AC Service Cloud.
