Qvantum Expands Presence with New French Subsidiary

Qvantum, a Swedish company specializing in heat pumps and energy systems, has launched a new subsidiary, Qvantum Energy Technology SAS, in Lyon, marking its presence in France. This expansion follows its previous establishments in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Hungary.

"France is crucial for our growth," stated Jesper Jarnhäll, Qvantum's head of commercial. He emphasized the country's district heating culture, which aligns with Qvantum's focus on low-temperature grids. 

Industry veteran Christian Blanc has joined Qvantum as a senior advisor. He highlights the suitability of combined heating and cooling heat pumps for the French market and recognizes the shift from gas burners to low-temperature systems. The company is collaborating with prominent French energy firms and is building a network of skilled distributors to enhance pre-sale and after-sale support.
