Resource Data Management (RDM) has appointed Saziye Azlik Dickson as Customer Solutions Director, with responsibility for the UK and US markets.
Dickson brings more than 19 years of industry experience to the role. She spent more than 16 years at BSRIA and most recently served as Global Research Manager for AC, Ventilation & Refrigeration, leading strategic market studies and consultancy projects and managing global accounts across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.
She later joined French refrigeration manufacturer Friga-Bohn as Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. In that role, she was responsible for developing business strategies and supporting wholesaler and retail projects.
Dickson also completed an MSc in Low Energy Building Services Engineering. Outside work, she serves as a board member of International Women in Cooling (INWIC), where she mentors women in the sector.
