Secop introduced an updated catalog for its hermetic AC voltage compressors and published four new brochures covering Light Commercial, Mobile Cooling, Medical Cold Chain and the company profile. The catalog adds expanded variable-speed NLV/E-CN propane compressor coverage, including the new NLV15CN, the UL-recognized NLVE13CN and Core Functions controllers, giving users a broader view of the company’s AC compressor offer.
The AC catalog covers fixed-speed and variable-speed compressors for alternating current applications across the P, K, KL, FRK, N, S and G series, as well as NLV, NLVE and SLVE variable-speed compressors. Listed refrigerants include R290, R600a, R134a, R513A, R404A, R452A and R407C. The documentation also includes MP, XT and CF controllers and electrical equipment, while compressor basics such as type designation, mounting accessories and country of origin are available through Secop’s Product Bulletins page.
The new edition highlights several additions to the range. These include the full NLE Plus propane compressor range for 220–240 V, 50 Hz applications, the NLE10DNDX propane heat pump compressor and the 12.50 ccm HZK13AA K-Series isobutane compressor. Together, the updates extend the catalog beyond a simple line list by grouping fixed-speed and variable-speed products, refrigerants and control options in one AC-voltage reference.
The four new brochures are positioned as a consolidated overview of Secop’s wider refrigeration portfolio and the markets it serves. Each document covers product families, application maps, technical specifications and the company’s engineering and customer support capabilities. The material is intended to give both existing customers and new partners a more accessible entry point into the portfolio than had previously been available.
The Light Commercial brochure focuses on AC compressors for glass door merchandisers, supermarket display cases, ice cream freezers, vending machines and food service equipment, with fixed-speed and variable-speed configurations for R290 and R600a. The Mobile Cooling document centers on DC compressors for applications including electric cars, ICE vehicles, trucks, buses, camper vans and marine use, highlighting the BD Nano series, which meets CISPR 25 Level 5 EMC requirements, is produced in an IATF 16949 certified plant, and weighs 1.5 kg with a footprint of 10 cm. In Medical Cooling, Secop outlines applications from +8°C storage to -86°C ultra-low temperature freezers, including solar-powered vaccine refrigeration and portable ULT transport systems.
