Resource Data Management has announced a restructuring of their EMEA sales team

Resource Data Management (RDM) has announced a restructuring of their EMEA sales team, to support continued growth in the region. Since its formation almost 20 years ago, by chief executive Andrew Chandler, RDM has become a leader in the design and manufacture of building control and monitoring solutions. With employees in locations around the world, and supported by a global distributor network, the company has built a strong reputation across the HVACR industry. The impact that proactive monitoring, predictive analysis, diagnostics and control can have on a building's energy, environment and asset efficiency is what spurs Mr Chandler and the team.

The restructuring sees Graeme Ross, move into the role of UK & EMEA Sales Director, from Group Head of Sales for HVAC within the company. The team will be made up of three different parts: Sales UK, Sales EMEA and Application specialist. Each strategically set-up to develop new business and support customers through the design, install and maintenance of their building control solution.

Graeme Ross joined RDM from Schneider in 2004, the same year that Enrico Mirandola took on the role of Group Sales Director and who has since taken the position of Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. In that time there have been many positive strides forward for RDM, with the launch of RDM Australia, New Zealand and Nordic.

Led by Graeme, The BMS Division has been fully established, working with some of the UK’s leading and most trusted brands. Notable achievements included the roll out a system refit for a major high-street retailer, to achieve a reduction in energy consumption of 34% equating to £3M in cost savings.

Announcing the new structure, Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Enrico Mirandola said ‘’To continually improve our organisation, and in response to market requirements, the restructuring aims to optimise the use of internal resources. Leveraging on individual skills, know-how and experience. The appointments will build on past success and deliver an outstanding future for the organisation.’’

Commenting on his appointment, Graeme said ‘’I look forward to further strengthening our position in the EMEA market, expanding our reach through strong partnerships and carefully nurtured client relationships. I’m always looking for original ideas and breakthroughs, new hardware to integrate and bringing new remote devices into the buildings.’’
