RETA-RSES has announced its 2026 International Board of Directors, marking the second term for the organization’s merged leadership. The new Board was officially sworn in during the Awards Night at the 2025 RETA-RSES Annual Conference in Spokane, Washington. Members represent a diverse group of professionals from the United States and Canada, committed to advancing education across all sectors of the HVACR industry.

RETA-RSES also announced the formation of a new initiative, the RETA-RSES Inclusion Network for African Americans (RINAA). Chaired by Kenneth “Kenny” Williams (Retired), the group seeks to promote HVACR career opportunities among African Americans, helping to address workforce shortages and expand industry diversity.
