Sarah Martin Named President of Home Comfort Solutions at Lennox

Lennox has announced the appointment of Sarah Martin as executive vice president and president of its Home Comfort Solutions segment, effective April 28. She will succeed Gary Bedard, who is retiring after 26 years with the company.

Martin brings more than 25 years of global experience in manufacturing and technology. She joins Lennox from Honeywell International Inc., where she most recently served as president of Honeywell Sensing Solutions. Her previous roles at Honeywell included president of Sensing & Safety Technologies and Advanced Sensing Technologies. Before Honeywell, she held leadership positions at CTS Corporation.

“Sarah is a proven leader who brings a critical skillset to our Home Comfort Solutions segment with her deep expertise in leading large-scale businesses, optimizing distribution channels, and driving growth in profitability,” said Alok Maskara, chief executive officer of Lennox. “Her disciplined approach to transformation will be invaluable as Lennox continues to focus on North America growth to deliver exceptional value to our customers and shareholders.”

Martin holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot Watt University and a Master of Art in Modern Languages and Business from the same institution.

“I am honored to join Lennox, a true leader in the HVAC industry with a legacy of innovation and operational excellence. I look forward to working with the talented team to drive sustained results and growth, while continuously enhancing our customer experience,” said Martin.

Gary Bedard began his career at Lennox in 1998 as a district manager in the residential business unit. He later advanced to lead both the residential business and the Home Comfort Solutions segment.

“Gary's leadership has guided Home Comfort Solutions through significant growth and leaves a legacy that will continue to shape our future,” said Maskara. “We thank him for his contributions and wish him the best in his well-deserved retirement.”
