Schmitz Cargobull, a leader in trailer manufacturing, has named 33 service partners from across Europe as its “Service Partners of the Year.” These awards recognize the best workshops and service centers within Schmitz Cargobull’s extensive Service Partner network.
Schmitz Cargobull guarantees high service standards to ensure maximum vehicle availability. The awards honor businesses that excel in providing reliable breakdown assistance, high-quality workshop services, and comprehensive customer support. Recipients also demonstrate exceptional cooperation in handling Full Service contracts and warranty cases, and maintain a high availability of spare parts to minimize downtime for customers.
“We strive to offer customers using our trailers the highest uptime on the market. Currently, Schmitz Cargobull has around 1,400 authorized service partners across Europe, covering services for trailers, tyres, cooling units, and telematics systems, alongside ensuring high spare parts availability. These service partners receive regular training through the CargobullCampus learning platform, accessible via the Cargobull PartnerConnect platform.
