Tippmann Innovation recently broke ground on phase two which is slated to be completed in December of this year. The second phase will include a 126,000 sq.ft. freezer addition with 9 loading docks and 18,900 pallet positions.

Tippmann Innovation is excited to again partner with Win Chill on phase two.The rapid growth of the region’s food processing market is causing a backlog of demand for warehouse space from both local and regional food processors.Win Chill’s facility has exceeded the expectations of Sioux Falls Development Foundation due to the continuing evolution of their premier project in Foundation Park.

“We are excited for the continued development of this project. The owners of Win Chill have been extremely engaged in the construction of this new facility and they were ready to move forward with expansion when the opportunity was presented.” Rob Adams, Tippmann Innovation partner.
