Trane opens new commercial sales office in Idaho

Trane, a brand of Trane Technologies, has opened a new commercial sales office in Nampa, Idaho. The 26,000 square-foot facility will support commercial operations across the state, offering customer training and housing a warehouse with more than 100 HVAC units available for immediate shipment or pickup.

The site includes a significantly expanded Parts Department, which now has more than double the previous operational space. New features include a will call center and a parts staging area.

Currently employing 22 people, the office is designed to accommodate future workforce growth. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on July 23 with representatives from the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and Trane, followed by facility tours and presentations from Brainbox AI and Symbio controller specialists.

“Today, we celebrate the opening of our new office in Nampa, a clear demonstration of our dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions to our customers in Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho,” said Mario Ruiz, Area General Manager – Utah/Idaho, Trane. “This facility embodies our unwavering commitment to innovation, excellence, and community engagement.”
