The Viessmann Group takes over IAC Vestcold As, a well-established refrigeration installation and service partner in Norway. IAC offers full range of services covering all areas of air-conditioning and ventilation technology, industrial and commercial refrigeration, cold storage construction, as well as the sales and distribution of refrigerated cabinets. IAC Vestcold has been Viessmann’s refrigeration partner for 20 years and with the acquisition the Norwegian customers will have full support from the planning stage through to implementation and maintenance of the projects from Viessmann. Both sides have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

IAC Vestcold As is located in Stokke, Norway, and the company operations cover the regions of Vestfold, Telemark and Buskerud in Norway. Already 10 years ago the company did their first CO2 installations and today over 95% of their installations are done with CO2 and natural refrigerants. IAC employs 34 refrigeration experts focusing on premium 24/7 customer service.
