Viessmann Refrigeration Denmark takes over Scandinavian Cooling Solutions ApS
Viessmann Refrigeration Systems ApS takes over Scandinavian Cooling Solutions ApS (SCS), a well-established refrigeration installation and service partner in Denmark. Viessmann and SCS have a close cooperation history in supplying commercial refrigeration solutions to the Danish market. With the acquisition the customers will have full support from the planning stage through to implementation and maintenance of the projects from Viessmann.

Acquisition of SCS continues our strategy implementation in becoming a full refrigeration solutions provider. Denmark has been chosen as the next country where we want to make this step” says Frank Winters, CEO of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions.

SCS offers a full range of services covering all areas of air conditioning and ventilation technology, industrial and commercial refrigeration and cold storage construction. The company operates throughout Denmark and serves both large and small food retail and food service customers.
