Women in HVACR Announces 2025 Board of Directors

Women in HVACR (WHVACR), a nonprofit organization supporting women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration trades, has announced its board of directors for 2025. The board will guide the organization’s initiatives, oversee financial management, and ensure ethical operations.

Amy O'Grady, executive director of WHVACR, emphasized the board’s role in advancing opportunities for women in skilled trades. "This board is made up of some of the most experienced and capable women in the skilled trades industry, and I can't wait to work with them to improve the lives of other women who work in the trades," O'Grady said.

Kristin Gallup, previously the vice president in 2024, will serve as president of the executive board. Gallup, the director of product management parts and supplies for Carrier Enterprise, has worked in the HVAC industry for over 17 years and has been a WHVACR member for more than a decade.
