Zero Zone partners with LoweConex to integrate smart refrigeration controls in US

Zero Zone, a major US manufacturer of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, has announced a strategic partnership with LoweConex, provider of the Conex OS centralized asset data platform.

The collaboration will integrate Conex OS with Zero Zone refrigeration systems to automate asset monitoring from commissioning through ongoing operation. The system will enable remote setpoint control, automated fault triage, and dispatching of Zero Zone engineers or service providers when needed.

This integration aims to accelerate fault detection and diagnostics, improve equipment responsiveness, and enhance service reliability for customers in food retail, convenience, discount, and other refrigeration-dependent sectors.

As the US phases out high-GWP HFC refrigerants, Zero Zone continues to focus on systems using low-GWP alternatives such as CO2 and Propane, in compliance with EPA and other regulations.

“We’re excited to introduce this advanced technology to our customers, with initial deployments beginning in Q1 2026,” said Glenn Kormanik, Chief Executive Officer of Zero Zone. “By enhancing responsiveness and reliability, we’re elevating the level of service for our customers.”

Ian Lowry, Chief Executive Officer of LoweConex, added, “The combined solution of Conex OS and Zero Zone equipment will help Zero Zone to improve day-to-day insights from devices, optimize ongoing performance, and enhance decision-making across the business.”
