Total exports of the air conditioning sector in 2020 announced as 4,6bn USD

Hannover Messe Sodeks Fuarcilik A.S, the organiser of the leading Turkish industry exhibition, has announced its 2020 HVACR sector statistics. The exhibition will take place from 29 September to 02 October 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey. It will be one of the first face-to-face HVACR industry events following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although there is a minimal shrink in the total exports of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the air conditioning sector (heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, installation, ventilation, and insulation systems and equipment), it can be concluded that the sector had a successful 2020 despite several challenges. The Installation Systems and Equipment product group, which ranks first in total exports, exceeded 1,7bn USD in this period, while the air conditioning sector made the highest volume export to Germany.

Looking at the data of January – December 2020, we see that the air conditioning industry has successfully left this difficult period behind and entered 2021. In this context, the footsteps of a successful ISK-SODEX 2021 are already heard. The international structure of the exhibition will be supported by participants from more than 8 countries, B2B meetings will be held under the organisation of the Turkish HVACR Exporters Association (ISIB), and the domestic market, which has been waiting for the ISK-SODEX for about 2 years, will gain a great dynamism.

Great Importance of ISK-SODEX 2021 for Eurasian HVACR Industry

ISK-SODEX 2021 will be one of the first international face-to-face HVACR events in Eurasia following the COVID-19 pandemic. It will take place from 29 September to 02 October 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey.

ISK-SODEX 2021, the international HVACR, Insulation, Pump, Valve, Fitting, Water Treatment, Fire Prevention, Pool and Solar Energy Systems Exhibition, and the ‘meeting point’ of exhibitors and visitors, is looking forward to opening its doors with all its innovations.
