Martello will lead a structure that serves as the reference point for Solution Marketing teams, with a focus on sustainable medium-to-long-term growth. He will direct and coordinate corporate marketing activities to strengthen CAREL’s global positioning. The Central Marketing department will set priorities and objectives across different regions and channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy. His responsibilities will also include defining best commercial practices and harmonizing the Group’s sales processes.

Martello holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padua. He started his career in 1998, working on electronic instruments for the process industry, before joining CAREL in 2004 as a Product Manager. Over the years, he has held several key roles, including Climate Business Unit Manager and Group Head of Platforms. From 2018 to 2021, he served as CEO of Recuperator S.p.A., a CAREL Group company specializing in air-to-air heat exchangers. Since 2023, he has been Group Chief IAQ Officer, leading CAREL’s growth plans for Indoor Air Quality solutions.
