Modine has announced expanded capacities for its Airedale by Modine coolant distribution units (CDUs) in response to growing demand for high-efficiency cooling solutions in data centers. The expanded range supports colocation, hyperscale, and edge-based data center providers managing higher-density IT heat loads.
Initially launched as a 1MW unit, the Airedale CDU is now available in capacities from 400kW to 2MW. The company also offers engineered-to-order, skid-mounted designs for larger capacity needs. These CDUs align with the industry's shift toward hybrid air and liquid cooling solutions.

Manufactured in both the U.S. and Europe, the CDUs are part of a standardized global range. The expansion supports the growing adoption of hybrid cooling strategies in data centers.
